This short session will describe the University of Utah government documents shift which began in 2018. Participants will learn details of the project -- as well as the current resources for accessing materials -- while learning tips and tools for managing a complex, large-scale, shifting project that involved hundreds of thousands of items, fluctuating timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
